Our rates

We charge a minimum of one hour (£108 incl VAT) on all jobs. Excluding parts and materials.

Estimates

We provide no obligation estimates up-front with no hidden charges and no hidden fees.

Fully insured

Total Heating Henley, and all its staff, are covered by public liability insurance to the value of £2 million.

Payment methods

Full payment is due upon completion of any work. On larger jobs a payment schedule will be agreed before hand and will likely require a percentage payment on delivery of goods to site, and then further progress payments as agreed.

Please note, all parts and materials supplied remain the property of Total Heating Henley until the invoice has been paid in full.
